Hi,

I am looking for place in nature near water that is safe, quiet, CHEAP or FREE, and near water. No toilet or shower needed.

This needs to be within a couple of hours (or less) of the East Bay.

I was thinking some retreat land or somthing like Harbin but Harbin want like 25 bucks a day that I don't have nor do I need the amenities offered.

Any ideas?
